We assist in the provision of optimum treatment to the admitted patients at the National Institute of Child Health Karachi. This is in various forms and includes free supply of medicines and arrangement of free investigations to the children suffering from cancer or any other patient on the recommendation of the doctors treating them. We also provide diet supplements to the malnourished children. Our association hires the staff, which manages the Oncology unit, Oncology as well as Cytogenetics laboratories. The support we also provided in past as well as now include the patients undergoing treatment at the Surgical , Nephrology, Endocrinology units, with the donation of equipment for operating room, disposable for dialysis and medicines and laboratory tests...

Our association promotes research and academic activities that would eventually help in the overall care and treatment of sick children particularly those suffering from cancer. We sponsor seminars and encourage our staff to participate in the scientific seminars and symposium.

Our members participate in programs on the electronic media and publish features in the newspapers regarding the awareness of Childhood Cancer and its prevention. Members also visit schools to give talks on the above topic.
